Tesla UK have confirmed that back in June it provided a full fleet of police-painted Model 3 electric cars, fully modified with sirens and other required features of a patrol vehicle, for a nationwide trial. The Tesla Model 3 is one of the best-selling electric cars on the market today, due to it’s excellent range, superior electric technology, good looks, as well as competitive price. It is also very much fit for purpose in the force, as it has all-wheel drive and can accelerate from zero to 60mph in around 3.1 seconds.
