Top 10 airlines with best service

10. Thomson Airways (TUI) – Overall score: 7.95

A recent survey of 86 airlines looked into three key areas for determining what the best overall airline of 2017 has been. The three areas were; ‘Quality and Service’, which looked into an airlines quality both on and off the ground. ‘On-time Performance’, which was determined by calculated an airlines ability to arrive and take-off on time. ‘Claim Processing’, which looked at how quickly and effectively an airline would manage complaints, compensation and time taken to pay out valid claims. This list is aimed at helping you see past the big airline brand and media appearance, and give you a better understanding of which airlines have the best service. Each airline was given an overall score out of 10, to help decide the list.
