5. Waverly Hills Sanatorium – Louisville, Kentucky

This Sanatorium was once the home of people suffering from tuberculosis. Before antibiotics and quality medical care was a thing, ill patients would come here to be experimented on by doctors. Many lives were lost and the highly contagious diseases would spread and cause slow and painful deaths. Parts of the building are now shadowed by ghosts of the patients.
