Lamborghini remake classic Countach model for 2022

1 of 10

A mere 50 years later and Lamborghini have remade their infamous Countach model. The Lamborghini Countach originally came out in the 1970s and was immediately welcomed with shock, astonishment, and plenty of admiration. The 2-door, V12 engine supercar was forever written as one of the great classics in the world of automotive. It’s wide rear arches, huge spoiler and air vents, along with pop-up headlights are some of it’s staple features. The new Countach, or Lamborghini Countach LPI 800-4 officially, will be a 803bhp hybrid V12 monster. While it looks heavily like the old 1970s supercar, many have noted that it doesn’t quite have the same outrageous look and feel. Only 112 models will be built, each combining Lamborghini’s most advanced powertrain tech and an appearance that is distinctly Countach, with a wedge-shaped silhouette and similar details which pay homage to the original. Here are some of the best shots of the most eagerly anticipated new supercar to arrive on the scene.
