We’ve all heard of wanting a supercar but not having the money to buy one, but what about wanting one so bad you build one yourself? This young man in Poland not only built his own dream car, a Mercedes SLS AMG, but he did it in a particularly odd way. He bought the exterior framework of the car, also known as the chassis, then instead of mounting on a real-life car frame, he mounted it onto a self-made bike frame with bike tires and a pedal attached. This has resulted in a spectacular engineering marvel of a supercar body, on what is essential a pedal bike. As the young man prioritised the framework details, to someone not paying too much attention, this would almost certainly look like an actual Mercedes SLS AMG. The astonishing homemade supercar without an engine is one of the first of it’s kind in the world, which should be a surprise to absolutely no one. The Mercedes SLS AMG is a stunning $200,000 car with Mercedes’ famous gull-wing doors that rise up, even a feature that the bike replica also comes equipped with. Here is a great collection of photos that show the supercar bike in it’s beauty.
