Female NFL conditioning coach Maral Javadifar
2. Coach Javadifar helps keep the players in excellent shape
The NFL is one of the toughest and most physical sports on the face of the planet. NFL athletes spend 10 months per year training and conditioning their bodies to be at the peak of their physical ability. Given how NFL athletes range from ages 20 through to 40, they are heavily dependent on coaches and organisations to provide them with the best programmes to help them achieve their physical goals. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers, based in Florida, have one particular strength and conditioning coach of interest. Maral Javadifar is an Iranian coach working in the most vigorous and toughest industry for a coach of her kind. Being a female coach in the NFL is just so uncommon that many have credited her ability and mental toughness to not only work in this sport, but has significantly changed the way these 200/300 pound athletes live and train. The 36-year old coach used to coach women’s contact football, until NFL coaching scouts found her talents and immediately hired her into the professional National Football League. Being a New York native, she always said the city itself was where she found her toughness from. Javadifar is hoping other female NFL coaches follow in her footsteps into a heavily male populated sport.
