26-year-old pastry chef from Italy, Matteo Stucchi, has always had a unique and creative eye when producing a masterpiece dessert dish. They say the “proof is in the pudding” and with regards to his skills, that could not be any closer to the truth in this case. The talented pastry chef uses common dessert ingredients and recipes, along with small props to create stunning dishes that can not only be eaten, but can paint a picture. Matteo appears to revolve the art around real life circumstances such as construction, sailing, farming or even scientific experiments.
