Chef Ben Churchill has a very talented and unique gift of creating stunning illusions of everyday objects and other dishes when making a dessert dish. For example, the Chef will attempt to make a normal ‘Lemon drizzle cake’, however, sculpt it in a way to appear like he’s made eggs on toast. Some of the main techniques the chef will use to achieve the perfect disguise is using food colouring or various ingredients that can be sculpted or moulded very easily, in order to make them look like something else. Not only does he focus on making dessert dishes look like other regular food dishes, he also aims to make everyday household items, such as dish washer sponge.
