The world’s most expensive house ever has gone on sale for a cool $415 million. The 14-bedroom mansion situated on the Cote d’Azur is a 18,000 square-foot estate in the South of France that was once owned by Belgian royalty. The mansion is equipped with luxurious furniture, an olympic sized swimming pool, a number of large private gardens and 20 special greenhouses. The estate is called ‘Villa Les Cèdres’ and it’s specific location is within Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, a rich area off the coast of Nice, home to 2000 wealthy individuals including celebrities and royalty.
