The Elite Residence in Dubai is the 4th tallest residential building in the world. It overlooks the palm islands and the famous Jumeirah beach. The building stands at 381 meters tall and was opened in January 2012. Within the residency, there is a spa, health club, gymnasium and many more luxurious facilities.
