The Bugatti Chiron supercar has an 8.0-litre, quad-turbo engine that produces 1,500 horsepower and starts at a cost of $3 million. Replicating these figures in a life-sized model of this car is a near impossible task, however, Lego have done something quite extraordinary. For the first time, they’ve created a fully functional, self-propelled, life-size car made from bits of Lego and complex Technic model parts, that replicates the beautiful Bugatti Chiron. The incredible replication makes it one of the world’s most sought after toys and model cars. Most impressively, the model Chiron can read speeds of up to 20mph and boasts just over 5 horsepower, which is sensational, considering it’s a Lego car. Production started in June 2017 at the team’s factory in the Czech Republic. The project was complete recently and news about the model Chiron went viral, worldwide.
