They’re seen as impractical, not suited to all climates and as they don’t have a solid roof, the structural integrity of a car is less than the equivalent strength of the coupe version. However, when the sun is out and you’ve got the right convertible, there’s nothing quite like that feeling. A lot of the world’s best car manufacturers will always provide a convertible version of their best selling sports coupe cars, such as Mercedes, BMW and Audi. Even the supercar makers such as Ferrari or Lamborghini have continuously worked on improving the capabilities of their convertibles as it’s a growing market. Nevertheless, it seems like coupes will usually sell more and look better.
