With the cost of living in London reaching higher rates than ever, a new luxurious ‘co-living’ development block has planned to ease the pressure of young tenants looking for a nice place to live, for a reasonable price. The new luxurious block, which will be located in London’s Canary Wharf offers 700 rooms in a 21-storey building, with an in-house swimming pool, cinema and fitness centre. The rooms will essentially be tiny apartments or studios, which start from £1,300 and include the bedroom, living area, bathroom facilities and a basic kitchen area. There is also a larger communal kitchen area on the first floor, but the main purpose of this development is to give millennials a chance to live in luxury, without paying the premium prices. The scheme is the biggest of it’s kind worldwide, as other development is set to match this scale. The swimming pool, which can be located on level 20, will also be available alongside a bar, spa, sauna, gym and fitness studios. Here are a collection of images that show just how luxurious these ‘co-living’ apartments are.
