It’s often said that everyone out there has an identical somewhere in the world. Whether you run across them or not is more of a game of probability, and given the sheer number of people on this planet, the odds are certainly stacked against you. However, when you’re a celebrity, as you’re already in the public eye, your face is more recognisable and people can always associate who you might look like. There’s a very good chance you know someone who resembles a celebrity, whether it’s by inspiration that they’ve chosen to adopt that appearance, or simply by genetic chance that they look the same. But what’s truly rare is if two celebrities look similar to one another. Exploring that theme a bit further we decided to take a look at footballers in particular, and decide which celebrities they look almost identical to. For example, Armenian footballer star Henrikh Mkhitaryan looks almost identical to Friends and Hollywood actor David Schwimmer.
