3. Bedroom with stunning outdoor space

Novak Djokovic, the currently ranked world No. 1 in men’s tennis, owns this incredible $6M for Piano-designed condo in Miami, Florida. The Renzo Piano-designed luxury high-rise building is quite a favourite for Novak, as he previously bought into it years ago, prior to coming back and purchasing the penthouse. He has also bough into the Piano-designed Manhattan building 565 Broome Soho. The Serbian 18-time Grand-slam winner is quite a fan of investing money into property. This particular purchase of Djokovic’s, contains three bedrooms. Like all units in the building, it features a broad terrace with a dramatic overhang. The building features an underground parking garage, a gym and spa, wine bar, and two pools. Rena Dumas Architecture Intérieure and WEST 8 Urban Design & Landscape Architecture also worked on the project’s design. Here are some of the best shots of Djokovic’s $6M for Piano-designed condo.
